Dan Spors, Extend Coordinator

Dan Spors, BS, is currently interning with Intersect, giving oversight to Intersect’s EXTEND Conference for youth groups.  EXTEND will be on the Cornerstone University campus, June 22-25, 2006.

Dan currently is attending Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, pursuing his MDiv degree. He is native to the Brookfield, WI area and has done his undergraduate work at Moody Bible Institute.  Dan has served as a Sr. High Intern at Elmbrook Church (Brookfield, WI) and continues to be involved with youth groups as a volunteer leader and occasional communicator.

Dan is an avid climber, has an aptitude for biblical languages, and is interested in pursuing a career in youth ministry.

Doug Fagerstrom

President of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Author, church consultant. and adjunct professor.

Served in full-time ministry positions since 1973 as a youth pastor, minister of music, single adult pastor, pastor of adult ministries and executive pastor. Churches served: Dalton Baptist Church, Mich., Mission Hills Baptist Church, Colo., Wooddale Church, Minn. and Calvary Church, Grand Rapids, Mich.

Married to Donna since 1972. Doug and Donna have one daughter, Darci, and son-in-law Jay. The family loves boating, traveling, sharing in ministry and Starbucks.

Jim Yates

VP of Sales and Marketing for JR Automation an integrator of robotics, vision systems and lean manufacturing systems for the automotive, pharmaceutical, construction, consumer products and office equipment industries.

Member of Calvary Church in Fruitport, MI where he has served as Sunday School Director, Finance Committee Chairperson, Deacon Chairman and Strategy Committee member.

Youth Haven Ranch Board Member (1990-2000)

Married 40 years to Barbara, with two daughters, Laurel and Michelle, Son-in-law Matt Perrigo and five grand children.

Cindy Wessell

Co-Owner of E-Quip, a full-service provider of furniture and equipment for educational environments and religious facilities.

Member at Impact, a church she helped plant in Lowell, Michigan where she serves on the leadership team and is helping Impact plant other churches.

Married to Tom, who  owns and runs E-Quip with Cindy. Tom and Cindy have one adult daughter, Amy.
