Intersect's March 2006 Update Read here and/or download the full-color version!
Hello Friends of Intersect! Spring is always a time of anticipation, and Intersect is eagerly anticipating many things this time of the year! There is a lot on the horizon that we’re excited about.
In January our Grand Rapids cohort of ministry leaders met for our third of four gatherings. We spent three days together wrestling with biblical pictures of the church and thinking through how these pictures and definitions affect the way we lead and express our missional calling as a community.
We continue to prepare for EXTEND being held this summer here in Grand Rapids. We’ve heard great enthusiasm for the event from youth leaders as well as local ministry leaders we’re seeking to partner with and serve through the Tangible Expression aspect of the weekend where students will be serving with local ministries and organizations.
INTERSECT Website For the past few months we’ve be revamping our website with the help of 5Q Communications. Our new site is officially up and promises to be a great resource hub for our work, research, and activities. We’ve moved Steve’s blog into the website and he and Dave will both be authoring ongoing topics of interest that we hope will spur on good dialogue. You will also find over 50 articles written by Dave and Steve over the last few years that are searchable by topic.
